What SwiftXEO Is

SwiftXEO is organized around four working areas. Signals and Advisor help you sense what's changing and decide what to do next. Objectives turn a decision into structured, trackable work. Content Studio is where that work gets created, reviewed, and published. Approvals and Memory keep a record of what was decided, why, and what happened afterward — so the next cycle starts with that context instead of from scratch.

Agent Room sits alongside all of this as the shared workspace where your team works with AI teammates — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and SwiftXEO's own Advisor and Verifier — on any of it.

Create a Workspace

A workspace keeps one brand's context, signals, and objectives separate from any other. Everything else — Business DNA, Agent Room, Objectives, Content Studio — operates inside the workspace you create.

Approve Your Business DNA

Run a Strategic DNA Scan by entering your website. SwiftXEO extracts a first draft of your positioning, audience, and voice — you review and edit it, and your approval is what turns it into the standing reference the rest of the workspace uses. For most workspaces, this is the natural starting point, though it isn't a hard gate: you can explore the rest of the workspace before it's complete.

Your First Cycle

SwiftXEO runs on the same operating loop everywhere in the product: Sense, Reason, Execute, Remember.

Agent Room is the shared workspace where your team works with AI teammates — Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and SwiftXEO's own Advisor and Verifier — using the same approved business context.

Teammates can ask and answer questions, review drafts, propose revisions, propose supporting evidence, deliberate together on a question, synthesize a deliberation, recommend bringing in a specialist, and propose an objective. Every teammate action still needs a human decision before it moves forward: teammates cannot approve, publish, or authorize their own work, execute actions outside the workspace, or expand their own access.

Run Locally

Supported Ask and Review tasks can run locally on your Mac instead of in the cloud. SwiftXEO downloads and configures a local model automatically the first time you use it — no manual setup required. Local tasks cost less than the equivalent cloud action.

Advisor

Advisor helps answer strategic questions — what to prioritize, how to respond to a market change, whether something is ready, and what to do next. It draws on your approved Business DNA, objectives, decision history, and relevant workspace evidence.

Advisor is the strategy specialist; Agent Room is the shared workspace where you can bring Advisor into a broader conversation alongside other AI teammates.

Signals

Signals bring together what's changing in your market across six streams — market, competitor, social, authority, emerging, and intent — each with its own sources and update behavior. Findings surface in a prioritized feed so your team can act on the most relevant shifts first.

Objectives

An Objective is the structured record of a decision — its goal, the platforms, languages, and audiences it targets, the evidence and context it's grounded in, and the outcomes it's expected to produce. Authorizing an objective can create execution work across more than one channel, and outcome reporting rolls up results across all of them, so one objective's report can span several channels rather than a single output.

Objectives move through real stages — authorized, executing, completed — and review plus authorization are required before execution begins.

Initiatives

Initiatives group related objectives under a broader strategic effort, so you can track progress across a larger goal rather than one objective at a time.

Content Studio

Content Studio is where drafts are created, reviewed, and prepared for publication. A draft moves from draft to authorized to published. If an AI teammate in Agent Room proposes a revision to an already-reviewed draft, the draft returns to draft status and its prior review clears — so it has to pass review again before it can be authorized.

Publishing

Once a draft is authorized, it can be published to its destination channel. Its review and authorization history travels with it, so you can see how a published piece got there.

Approvals

Approvals is where your team reviews and authorizes pending work. It has three views: a queue of what's waiting on a decision, health metrics for how autonomy is performing in your workspace, and an audit trail of what was decided and why.

Autonomy & Trust

SwiftXEO tracks a trust score for your workspace based on how often AI proposals match what your reviewers actually approve. As that record builds, more routine work can qualify for lighter review.

Decision History

Every decision — what was proposed, what was approved or rejected, and by whom — is recorded. Records can't be edited or deleted once written, so execution stays traceable back to the decision that authorized it.

Strategic Memory

Strategic Memory keeps your approved business context, recorded decisions, outcomes, and approved lessons available across future work — so the next cycle can draw on relevant history instead of starting from scratch. A lesson only starts influencing future work after a human reviewer approves it.

Roles & Permissions

Workspace members hold one of three roles — Admin, Editor, or Member — which determine what someone can view, propose, and approve inside the workspace.

Credits & Capacity

Most actions in SwiftXEO use workspace credits — advisor questions, research and analysis, content and visual generation, and Agent Room teammate tasks each have their own cost. Running supported Agent Room tasks locally on your Mac costs less than the same action in the cloud. See your workspace's billing settings for current credit costs and usage.
