Inbound webhooks
Signed, verified push from your CRM, forms, or internal systems. Payloads are HMAC-verified and stored as reviewable context — never executed.
Resources
SwiftXEO connects publishing channels, performance data, inbound sources, and external AI tools to the same workspace — while keeping each connection inside its own review and authority boundaries.
Publish where your audience already is, measure what happened, and let supported AI tools work with approved context. External input does not become approved workspace context without human review.
Data can move. Authority stays explicit.
Four ways SwiftXEO connects
Publish out
Website and social channels.
Measure back
Analytics and social performance.
Bring evidence in
Webhooks, Gmail, and other sources.
Connect AI
MCP, OAuth, and API clients.
Publishing channels
Connect once from Settings → Infrastructure. Content published through SwiftXEO keeps the same review and authorization requirements before it goes live. Brand alignment and relevant risks are checked before publication.
Reels and photo publishing with engagement tracking.
Page publishing through the same governed pipeline.
Professional-network publishing and performance tracking.
Short-form video publishing and performance tracking.
Shorts and long-form video publishing.
Board and pin publishing for visual discovery.
Performance measurement
When GA4 is connected, SwiftXEO can associate page-level traffic, engagement, and available conversion data with published work. Native social metrics can also be read back for supported posts and channels.
Measured outcomes can support proposed learnings; a human reviewer decides whether those lessons should influence future work.
Page-level traffic, engagement, and available conversion data associated with published content.
Per-post metrics read back from connected publishing channels.
Inbound sources
Signed, verified push from your CRM, forms, or internal systems. Payloads are HMAC-verified and stored as reviewable context — never executed.
A read-only closed beta connector that turns recent inbound email into reviewable workspace evidence. It never sends mail.
AI assistants
Supported hosted AI clients can connect through OAuth, while config-based clients and custom agents can use workspace API credentials. Current tested clients include Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Cursor.
Connected agents can read approved context and submit or revise draft work, but they cannot approve, authorize, or publish it. Human review remains required before the work becomes official.
Connected AI tools are not automatically Agent Room teammates. Agent Room uses a separate roster of SwiftXEO-managed AI teammates and local runtimes, while these integrations provide scoped external access. Selected Agent Room tasks can also run locally, on a paired Mac, instead of a cloud AI provider.
Inbound webhooks provide a flexible path for many custom systems today, and the REST/MCP developer surface covers more advanced integrations — or talk to us about what your architecture needs.
